This event is brought to you by the Tulong sa Kapwa Kapatid Foundation, a group composed of high school and college students who seek to revolutionize the outlook of the disadvantaged youth in Payatas through education and development.
KARE is an annual event that makes possible all the ideas of the Payatas children and helps raise funds for their education. Its goal is to empower the children by enabling them to fund their education through their own ideas and conceptualizations.
It will be held at the Camp Crame Multi-purpose hall on September 1, 2007. Bazaar starts at 4pm and the concert/fashion show at 6pm.
