We pulled together this WYA Membership Drive Toolkit in order to give our members the tools they need to get started. It contains information about WYA, some membership materials and basic information about our programs.
One of the easiest ways to contribute to WYA is to tell your friends and family about us!
Spread the word about our mission and get people to sign the charter. You can do this by talking to one friend at a time, or gathering a lot of people together at your school or community.
The toolkit includes some tips on how to talk about WYA, a WYA Charter sheet and some brochures with an overview of WYA. Check out our latest membership campaign page – “I Signed the Charter” – for some extra materials on social media.
There are six WYA offices all over the world all running great events and programs. The brochures in the toolkit give you an overview of WYA’s projects in three program areas – education, culture and advocacy.
To get more specific event details, visit our Events Page to see all events, and click on the specific regional lists to see local events.
Two of our most popular programs are our training program on human dignity (also called Track A Training) and our Internship Program. Aside from the info on the Training and Internship pages on our website, we also offer blogposts with tips for our active members to succeed at these programs:
If you and your friends want to bring WYA to your school or community, consider starting a WYA Chapter.
We hope you found this blogpost helpful and we look forward to having you as active members!
