The World Youth Alliance (WYA) is delighted to announce the selection of Caroline de Dorlodot as the next WYA Europe Regional Director.
Caroline has been involved in WYA for four years. She first became a regional intern in 2012 and helped organize the first Emerging Leaders Conference in Europe. As an intern, she also participated in the International Solidarity Forum hosted by WYA in NY, and the United Nations’ Commission on Population and Development. This first experience in WYA made her realize how important it is for young leaders to be well trained in philosophy and politics in order to be able to promote human dignity and impact society.
After a variety of professional experiences, Caroline has been the WYA Europe Director of Operations since 2014. She has managed successful projects and worked with our members across Europe, enabling the growth and development of our chapters and the further integration of our projects in numerous countries. We are thrilled that she will now increase her leadership and impact throughout Europe in this new role as Regional Director.
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, a Master in European Studies and a post master in European Business. She enjoys reading, debating on philosophical or political subjects and discussing current topics in search of understanding and articulating a person-centered approach.
Caroline will officially begin leading WYAE as its new Regional Director in October 2015.
