Human Dignity Curriculum in Mexico

WYA Latin America is conducting a pilot project of the Human Dignity Curriculum (HDC) in an elementary school in Mexico. HDC is an educational program that explores the concepts of Human Dignity, natural powers and hierarchy of the being and how this allow us to pursuit excellence. It starts in the last year of Kindergarten and develops up until Middle School.

The regional office for Latin America is currently conducting during this semester Grades 3rd, 4th and 5th and starting February will implement the project for K3, 1st, 2nd and 6th.

Currently 7 different schools are interested in having HDC as part of their study plans, 3 of these schools are part of the Mexican national school system. WYA LA is planning to expand the implementation of the HDC for the second half of next year.
