July 8th – 15th, World Youth Alliance North America welcomes nine delegates (ages 13 – 18) for WYA’s 11th annual International Summer Camp (ISC)! The ISC engages delegates in leadership training, cultural immersion, advocacy training, and the study of human philosophy and anthropology. The ISC educates and equips campers to understand how human dignity serves as the foundation of a prosperous and flourishing society and how they as the world’s young leaders play a vital role fostering it. Together, delegates will discuss question such as: Who is the human person? What leads to his flourishing? What is authentic leadership? How is culture a manifestation of human dignity? Campers will also explore a variety of New York City attractions including Brooklyn, Midtown Manhattan, Coney Island Beach, Central Park, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
WYA North America is privileged to bring together these accomplished young leaders from all around the world, all of whom share the same enthusiasm for developing as leaders who, throughout their entire life, can confidently foster a culture that respects and promotes the dignity of every human person.
