WYA Middle East rebrands to WYA Middle East & North Africa

November 1, 2020, Middle East and North Africa – After months of preparation, WYA Middle East officially announces the rebranding of its regional office to WYA Middle East and North Africa (WYAMENA).

Led by the region’s Program Officer, shifting the office’s name to include the North Africa region is an initiative to provide clearer regional representation and opportunities to its members. The change takes effect on November 1, 2020 wherein the office will be referred to as WYA Middle East and North Africa (WYAMENA) going forward.

What does this mean? The rebrand to WYA Middle East and North Africa would amend WYA Middle East’s existing online presence, such as its social media accounts and content on WYA’s official website.

Programs offered in the region will stay the same. You can apply to WYAMENA’s Certified Training Program  learn about the Human Dignity Curriculum, FEMM, stay tuned to their Emerging Leaders Conference, apply to their online internship program and many other projects and exciting events in the works.

Staff members will also remain the same – led by WYAMENA Program Officer, Balkis Chaabane, with the help of their current Batch 3 2020 online interns
