WYA Portugal holds CTP training in Lisbon

From December 1st to December 15th 2018, World Youth Alliance (WYA) Portugal Chapter Coordinator, Ines Štoka and WYA Croatia resident Mislav Barišić, organised a Certified Training Program (CTP) in order to train new WYA members. WYA Portugal is a new Chapter, established in April, 2018, and all the participants were excited to learn about WYA’s work and mission.

The organisers gave a talk and presentation on WYA’s History and Work , the mission it pursues, and the programs that it implements– such as Human Dignity Curriculum (HDC), Fertility Education & Medical Management (FEMM) and Certified Training Program (CTP). She also presented the work of Chapters and the possibilities of engaging in the work of WYA.

Ines Štoka, a former longtime volunteer for WYA Croatia and now the WYA Portugal Chapter Coordinator, said that “it’s always great and rewarding seeing young people interested in the work WYA does, and I welcome any opportunity to collaborate and develop the Chapter.”

The certifications are scheduled for January, after which all certified members will be able to work with Ines Štoka on the activities for the WYA Portugal Chapter.
