WYA President meets with 15 Taiwanese universities for program expansion


October 17, 2016 – WYA President Lord Leomer Pomperada met with the officials and student leaders of 15 Taiwanese universities to introduce World Youth Alliance (WYA) and share opportunities available for the Taiwanese youth primarily WYA’s internship program and certified training program. Lord also shared some of the stories of the Taiwanese youth who have been actively involved in WYA’s advocacy, education and cultural programs.

Additionally, the expansion of WYA in Taiwan through the establishment of WYA Chapters was also discussed. After the completion of the training of the interested Taiwanese WYA members, WYA hopes to officially launch new university Chapters in the Republic of China (Taiwan).
