Thank you for helping us change the world!
What a Merry Christmas indeed!
Because of you, WYA has grown tremendously this year.
26,630 new members and counting, 31 chapter groups in total
85 interns globally, and 250 members certified for Track A Training.
If you would like to help us keep changing the world consider giving a year-end gift to WYA.
Each year, 84 young people are selected to participate in our internship program. These young people study, work and live WYA’s mission, defending the dignity of the person in policy and culture. We need to raise $20,000 by the end of the year to sustain this program. Change a life and spread the light. Read their stories and give today at www.rally.org/WorldYouthAlliance.
WYA members from around the world are invited to the 13th International Solidarity Forum from March 7-10, 2016 with the theme Population and Environment at the WYA and United Nations Headquarters in New York City. The forum will include lectures from subject matter experts, discussions and workshops based on the annual theme.
Last month, WYA members around the world shared the We Are WYA video as part of the Dignity Project 2015 membership campaign. We invite you to view the video and share the video to your Facebook friends and give reasons why you promote human dignity.
The Emerging Leaders Conference offers young people an opportunity to participate in discussions, lectures, and training on topics relevant to ongoing policy debates. This year, over 500 youth leaders from around the world participated in our local ELCs in the six regions with the global theme “Health and Education: Keys to Development” highlighting the right kind of health and education policies and programs that work.
