Some snapshots from the CTP Trainer of Training classes
The TOT is a high-level professional training program for qualified certified members who will be providing training and mentorship to WYA members on the Certified Training Program (CTP). Potential TOT trainees are invited by the WYA President or Regional Director (RD) to undergo the TOT based on their CTP score, understanding of WYA ideas and teaching ability. This program will provide trainers an opportunity to bring the Certified Training Program (CTP) to more regions in the Asia Pacific region.
Each session lasted for two days. Led by WYAAP Regional Director, Miko Superable, the first part consisted of knowledge sharing sessions and an intensive review of the CTP chapters. The second day was a practice teaching session where each trainee, assigned a CTP text, participated in an actual, online CTP lecture simulation.
The event ended with the certification of the 13 trainers who will be part of new CTP teaching efforts in the WYAAP region this 2020.

More than a review of the CTP, the sessions also served as a reminder of the impact of the CTP in the lives of these celebrated WYAAP alumni and their commitment to bringing the same significant experiences to WYA members throughout the Asia Pacific region.
The WYAAP Training of Trainers program is currently by invite-only. For questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
